Living Area: The interior is clean, dry, and completely odor-free (non-smoking vehicle, pet-free [if applicable]). All fixtures, upholstery, windows, and blackout blinds function perfectly and show only normal, age-related wear and tear.
Mechanics & Base Vehicle: The engine and transmission run with their usual reliability. Maintenance has been performed regularly.
