The caravan has many extras. For example, additional windows, three roof hatches

with fly screens and blackout function, air conditioning, electric hob, auxiliary heating, as-new interior fittings, unused and as-new camping crockery and cutlery, induction pots, glasses, cups, etc. A pneumatic awning is included. I am the 2nd owner and have not used the caravan yet. My wife and I have decided against camping. We bought the caravan from our son-in-law. He has only used the caravan 4 times. The caravan is absolutely as good as new. The toilet, for example, has never been used and the caravan has been sheltered on our private property since we bought it.
