Gas stove works, refrigerator works (was replaced with an original unit a few years ago), fresh water pump replaced. Radio, power steering.

New starter battery; body battery in good condition; charger replaced.

Door and roof seals have been replaced. The interior is dry and stain-free.

Both front seats swivel. Original dining table included.

All-season tires 6–7 mm,

rear brakes, shock absorbers, and exhaust replaced. Timing belt replaced.

Engine runs flawlessly. Starts immediately, whether in cold weather or after prolonged inactivity (seasonal registration).

The engine doesn’t leak and is dry.
