- Brakes are working perfectly
- Clutch linings are in very good condition
- Electrical system works perfectly



The trailer was a single-owner vehicle until we purchased it. At the time of purchase, there were a few defects, which we had professionally and carefully repaired. A previous leak in the roof had already been repaired by the previous owner; the invoice is available, and the roof is verifiably watertight.

We have replaced the following:
- Sealing the underbody with Dekaphon 9735
- Replacement of nearly all exterior sealant joints with Sikaflex 522
- Replacement of all silicone joints on the interior with sanitary silicone
- Installation of a water heater for 220-V operation; invoices and warranty available
- Replacement of the kitchen faucet; invoices and warranty available
- Replacement of fluorescent tubes with LED retrofits without ballasts
- Partial replacement of electrical wiring
- Partial replacement of the water lines
- Upholstery replaced
- Fresh water tank replaced
- Partial replacement of the yellowed wallpaper in the bathroom

In addition, we repaired
- The gas stove, which is now fully functional again with new burners
- Absorption refrigerator
- The front door opening mechanism
- Various cabinet hinges (all cabinets and doors are now working perfectly again)
