General description

There is no longer a gas system; the previous owner disconnected it, but as far as I know, the lines are still in place.

The previous owner installed a 230 V refrigerator.

The mattress is like new since it’s only been used once.

Awning—I haven’t checked it for completeness—and various camping accessories included because I’m giving up the hobby.

Known defects

Several cabinet locks are broken due to age; there is a dent in the door; a blackout blind is not working properly
