Gas test has expired but could still be done.

The caravan is in a well-kept condition with age-related signs of use.

Mattress is new and unused. The bed has a folding wooden slatted frame. Plenty of storage space underneath.

The cushions in the sitting area have been washed, as have the curtains.

Gas heating, fridge, oven and toilet work.

Water pump was renewed today and works.

Roof hatch in the bathroom is new.

The caravan is leak-proof.

Damage:

Drawer for cutlery (kitchen) the holder is broken.

The sink has cracks and has been sealed with silicone.

Bathroom is generally no longer the nicest but no problem for a handyman to improve it.

The paint on the roof is no longer the prettiest. No hail damage looks funny in the picture.

A ventilation grille on the outside is broken.
