Slight dent above the left taillight

Known defects

I'm not sure if this counts as "minor" damage or accident damage (so I reported it as accident damage just to be safe). The left side panel is slightly dented near the left taillight, covering an area of about 5x15 cm. There's a slight scratch in the same spot.

Small dent at the level of the second brake light.
