Spacious bathroom with plenty of room to move around and a beautiful sink, plus roof and side windows. Custom-made mattress for a huge, continuous sleeping area in the rear; see photos. Optional conversion of the dinette to accommodate up to 2 sleeping spots. Many overhead cabinets with ample storage space, plus 2 large cabinets beneath the beds.

The water tightness test was last performed in 2023 due to relocation (maximum 72 months from registration -> 2025).
