Basically everything is functional when setting winter in 10/2025 - photos partly from winter storage

Awning has small inclusions due to age - were fixed with professional tape/is tight - unfortunately no photo possible in winter storage

Dent on the left rear without paint damage - not visible in photo

the water damage refers to a defective tap in the wet area - last year (replacement tap originally packed for "emergency" included)

slight water ingress roof hi/left a few years ago due to slipped cover - one-time, dry and no damage or odor

Locking knob tall cupboard hangs at times

Closer roof hatch no longer original
