The following repairs/maintenance have been carried out:

- all repairs/conversions/maintenance were carried out by a motorhome workshop with invoices available

- New batteries

- 1 new water pump for the shower

- 1 new water tap for the kitchen

- 1 new Dometic waste-holding tank

- At least one service with oil change was carried out every year

- regular gas test

Condition:

The vehicle has only ever been driven from March to October and has never seen salt or snow. The paintwork is in very good condition as the motorhome is always kept in a closed garage.

No accidents / curb scratches in the rims or dents, the motorhome is very well maintained inside and out.

The benches/upholstery/driver's seats are in perfect condition as a protective cover has been fitted.

Everything on the motorhome works technically and without problems and can be tried out on request.

The batteries were charged every winter with a charger to protect the batteries.

Defects:

-Small scratches in the interior on the veneer in the kitchen

-Magnetic tape in the shower should be replaced as it no longer holds properly.

+Insect screen on the sliding door cannot be folded correctly as the rubber is torn.

- The inverter is currently removed

- Small scratches at the back of the door sill at the rear doors
