Our motorhome is in good condition, except for damage to the rear, where we got stuck on the house wall (see pictures, but the damage is limited to the rear bumper).

Known defects

Rear bumper has scratches on the passenger side

  • We noticed the water ingress at the roof window (hatch) above the dinette at the beginning of September 2023. We had noticed a little water ingress here after heavy rain and immediately sealed the leak provisionally on the roof itself with special adhesive tape. So that no more water could get in

  • Of course, we immediately contacted our dealer and reported the defect. He responded promptly and dried the area, removed the entire roof hatch and resealed it.

  • The authorized dealer from whom we purchased the vehicle repaired the damage under the manufacturer's warranty, and we also have a workshop order.

  • The vehicle has been dry since then and there are no water stains.
