Honest Condition & SIGNS OF USE:
The RV is over 20 years old and has served us faithfully. Given its age, there are three minor, purely cosmetic flaws that do not affect its functionality or watertightness in any way:

A small, superficial crack in the white fiberglass exterior (cosmetic only, completely watertight).

A small crack/chip on the gray plastic skirt at the bottom (already stabilized; no risk of rust since it’s plastic).

Typical cosmetic scratches/scuffs on the gray plastic wheel wells from maneuvering.

Note regarding the gas system: The gas inspection has recently expired. Since the TÜV inspection is brand-new, everything is working perfectly. The inspection can be renewed upon request before handover for an additional fee—or we can fairly factor it into the purchase price.
