One of the windows has small cracks/scratches
Awning does not close properly (will be fixed)
Refrigerator door was broken out, was glued, not visible and fully functional
3 years ago, a window was accidentally left tilted, a side bench and the wooden paneling were wetted by a thunderstorm for about 20 minutes. No water damage. Fixed after drying out and replacing a board and not visible
