Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo 300 d 4MATIC – Well-maintained camper with extensive features

New TÜV inspection valid through mid-August 2026 – I am selling my Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo 300 d 4MATIC in Graphite Gray Metallic with AMG Line.

I purchased the vehicle directly from Mercedes-Benz as a dealer in September 2022. It was first registered on August 25, 2021. Since then, the Marco Polo has been in my private ownership.

I’ve always really enjoyed driving this car—both in the city and on the highway. Despite its size, it drives surprisingly comfortably and almost like a passenger car; it handles very well on the road and has always been a reliable companion.

Especially on long trips, the Marco Polo is a wonderful travel vehicle for me. Long trips in this van are truly a pleasure. You sit comfortably, have an incredible amount of space, and arrive at your destination feeling relaxed even after many hours on the road.

At the same time, it’s a full-fledged camper with a pop-up roof, kitchen, refrigerator, sleeping accommodations, and an awning.

And that’s exactly why we’re selling it: We’re just not campers. ;-) We’ve used the camping features much less often than we originally thought we would. I’m really going to miss the van, but it doesn’t make sense for us to own such a well-equipped camper and hardly ever use its features.

We used the Marco Polo primarily as a comfortable travel vehicle and only rarely as a camper. The interior, and especially the complete camping conversion, are in good condition.

In addition, we had a pull-out luggage tray from VanHaltestelle installed in the rear under the bed. It’s incredibly practical, especially when traveling, because you can easily access your luggage without having to crawl inside the van. It can be removed in just a few simple steps if needed—but we wouldn’t want to be without it now. It was definitely worth the money. ;-)

Of course, given the mileage, there are signs of wear and tear due to age and use. The rims also have some scratches. There are two dents on the tailgate, and the bumper has a small dent on the left side near the reflector. I can have this repaired before handing over the car if you’d like.

It’s important to me to list the car honestly and transparently. You’re welcome to take your time examining the affected areas during the viewing.

The vehicle was professionally detailed, cleaned, and polished before sale. It also received a completely new TÜV inspection for the vehicle and LPG system, as well as an ASU inspection, on August 20.

Sleeping Area & Additional Accessories:

The vehicle comes with a barely used mattress for the roof bed. Additionally, there is a new mattress still in its original packaging, as well as a foldable, never-used mattress pad for the lower bed.

Four additional aluminum rims with winter tires are also included.

For me, the Marco Polo is an exceptionally versatile vehicle: comfortable for everyday use, excellent on long highway trips, and—thanks to 4MATIC—confident even in poor road and weather conditions. And if you actually want to go camping, you’ll have a little home with you in just a few minutes.
