We are selling our LMC Vivo 520 K, first registered in 2021, in very good and well-maintained used condition. With its great layout, up to 6 sleeping spots, and plenty of storage space, it’s a wonderful companion, especially for families.

Even during extended periods of inactivity, the battery was charged regularly to ensure that the battery used for off-grid power and the mover, in particular, did not remain discharged for long periods of time.

Sleeping & Family-Friendly Layout

The Vivo offers 5 to 6 sleeping spots:

- Fixed French bed

- 2 bunk beds

- Convertible seating area as an additional sleeping space

- All the seat cushions and additional padding needed to convert the seating area are included with the purchase.

Especially practical for families: Both the parents’ sleeping area and the children’s sleeping area can be separated from the rest of the living area by a partition. This way, parents and children have their own sleeping areas and a little more privacy when needed.

The lower bunk bed can be folded up. This creates a large storage space that is easily accessible through a large exterior opening and works very well as a garage.

The cozy seating area is also versatile: it can be widened by folding out the side panels and inserting the additional center panel. Additionally, it can be converted into another sleeping area.

There are numerous overhead cabinets all around, so the trailer offers plenty of storage space.

Kitchen & Bathroom

The kitchenette features:

- Refrigerator with freezer compartment

- Operates on 230 V, 12 V, or gas

- 3-burner gas stove

- Hot water

- Fresh water and wastewater tanks

We cooked as little as possible in the trailer itself. We also mostly used the wash houses at the campgrounds for washing dishes. As a result, we didn’t use the kitchen area very much.

The bathroom area has a toilet and sink. There is no shower.

Extensive accessories included

In addition to the three awnings, other practical camping accessories are included:

- 2 trailer mirrors for the tow vehicle

- Portable satellite dish—especially handy when traveling if you want to watch TV at your campsite

- All necessary cushions for converting the seating area

- Anti-theft device/drawbar lock, including the provided keys

1. DWT seasonal tent with canopy

The seasonal tent also includes a bay window. One pole on the bay window needs to be replaced.

2. Obelink Window partial tent

Ideal for shorter stays or weekend trips when you don’t want to set up the large seasonal tent.

3. Small winter awning

This means there’s an awning available for a variety of uses, from short weekend trips to seasonal campsites to winter camping.

Condition & Known Signs of Wear

The trailer is a non-smoking vehicle. However, we did travel with pets.

It’s important to us to list the trailer honestly and transparently. We’re aware of the following signs of wear:

- The coating/paint on the silver fronts of the kitchen drawers is peeling in some places.

- The rubber seal on the freezer compartment is slightly discolored.

- At the front, near the drawbar, the handle/mounting bracket in the area of the support wheel or counterweight wheel is slightly damaged.

- A pole on the bay window of the DWT awning needs to be replaced.

We are not aware of any moisture or water leakage issues. However, the trailer has not undergone a water leakage test in recent years. For the sake of completeness, we would like to disclose this transparently as well.

Apart from the aforementioned signs of wear, the trailer is in truly nice and well-maintained used condition.

TÜV & Gas Inspection

The TÜV inspection was just renewed.

The gas inspection is still pending.

Includes a mover, a luxury package, self-sufficiency package, 100 km/h approval, anti-sway coupling, roof reinforcement for an air conditioner, three awnings, a portable satellite system, and up to 6 sleeping berths, the LMC Vivo 520 K is very well equipped.

For us, it was a great family trailer with plenty of space, storage, and a particularly practical layout for parents and children. Thanks to the extensive accessories, much of what you’ll need for your next camping vacation is already included.
