General description

The camper has two single beds in the middle and one large bed. This area used to be a round seating area when we bought it. The original components are still there, but they were already slightly worn by the previous owner. We didn’t like it that way, and we needed the large bed.
In the rear, there’s a separate shower and toilet on one side and a closet on the other. In the middle is a sink with a vanity cabinet and storage shelves.
We didn’t notice this during our inspection, but we later realized that some things weren’t as they should have been. That’s why we removed quite a few items.
The electrical cables we’d installed ourselves, the heating and ventilation pipes that had been taped over (for safety reasons), a tank that was presumably broken, and various other small items.
Unfortunately, these haven’t been replaced yet either.
A sliding fly screen door is attached at the entrance.

It was intended to serve as our stationary trailer.
It stood there for two years without any water seeping in.

About the RV. Despite the hail damage—which the original owner must have experienced—it’s really watertight. It doesn’t smell musty, and there’s no mold. We threw out the curtains right away—not our taste. We’ve replaced all the mattresses (we’ve only slept on them three times). We’ve transformed the round seating area into a large bed—with a proper slatted frame. We personally like it much better this way, since most of our daily activities—cooking, eating, and hanging out during the day—take place in the awning.
Pretty much everything that was removed should still be there.
It smells like a camper every time we open it.

From the outside, it does look a little worn. A few minor things here and there. But that didn’t affect its function and didn’t really bother us.
What we did notice afterward, though—since the tent isn’t set up in front of it anymore—is that one of the side hatches is leaking. Last fall, it rained quite heavily, and the wind was blowing in just the right direction. The vent and the floor got a little wet. But that dried out again, and it’s just a cosmetic issue. We’re testing whether we need a new vent, since we’ve resealed it in several places.
One side window is also in very poor condition.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a TÜV inspection and isn’t registered, and I can’t provide any information about the tires. The paperwork and keys are included.

Known defects

Hail damage repaired (dry),

The side hatch is likely leaking (noticed water entering while washing). We’ve sealed it, but haven’t been able to check yet whether the leak has been fixed because a full protective covering was installed on that side from the outside.

We removed some of the ventilation hoses because they were kinked and completely taped over (see photos).

Some external damage to the plastic caused by the previous owner, but with no impact on functionality.

One window is likely brittle and has slight cracks (but is still watertight).
