The Knaus Südwind 500 FSD is an ideal family trailer with a surprising amount of sleeping and living space for 6 people. The rear features a cozy dinette that can be converted into an additional sleeping area (mattress included), with a practical bunk bed above it. The round seating area can also be easily converted into two additional sleeping areas. The travel trailer is equipped with a mover, a bike rack, two awnings, and a sunshade. This travel trailer has hail damage that does not affect its functionality or use.

We’re selling the trailer solely because our children no longer come on vacation with us, and it’s now too big for us.

Condition & Transparency
The travel trailer is in honest, age-appropriate condition. We are selling it transparently, noting the following cosmetic and technical details:
- Appearance: Damage to the lower part of the door side, as well as several small dents on the opposite side (purely cosmetic defects; do not affect watertightness or function).
- Upcoming appointments: The TÜV inspection and gas inspection are due in spring 2027.
- Tires: Due to the caravan’s age, two new tires must be installed to maintain the 100 km/h speed rating.
