The RV is in good, well-maintained condition. The only issue we’re aware of is a slightly leaky window seal in the dining area. The seals will likely need to be inspected or replaced. The tires, the front wheel bearings, and the front brakes (pads and rotors) were replaced a few months ago. We’re selling it solely because, contrary to our expectations, we’re finding it difficult to sleep in the alcove due to our age.
