Condition:

The trailer has been cleaned and washed on the outside. Despite being 6 years old, it’s in excellent condition. That’s because it was only used for sleeping. The toilet, water system, and cooking facilities were never used. However, everything is in working order; this was tested again during preparation and can be demonstrated during a viewing. It has no accident damage. Cabinets, drawers, and hinges are also in good condition. The kitchen countertop, tabletop, and floor are very delicate by the manufacturer’s design. There may be a few minor imperfections here and there, but they are minimal.
