Known defects
There was some rust on the racks in the refrigerator, and the pop-up roof had mold stains left by the previous owner because the tenants didn’t ventilate it properly. These were disinfected and cleaned, and the roof lining was painted. We ourselves didn’t have any problems with moisture, etc.
