M O T O R / D E V E L O P M E N T : The Fiat drive has no defects. All inspections were carried out on time in a certified Fiat commercial vehicle workshop. Despite the consistently very low mileage, the engine oil, brake fluid etc. were changed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This also applies to the timing belt. A record book is available.

A U S S E : The existing minor defects have been described, otherwise the vehicle is well maintained.

A U R S E : There are no leakage problems with the body. Within the warranty period until 2021, the leak tests including underbody protection were carried out punctually every year according to Hymer specifications.

After that, leak tests were carried out every two years. Most recently in June 2025 with the result: "No moisture detected".

F U G E N - D I C T I O N : The joint seal between the cab and body is intact, but has become somewhat stained. This is clearly more pronounced above the two side windows and the windshield (see pictures).

M A R K I S H : The functions of the awning are all present.

The cover is no longer absolutely clean, there are some "weatherstripping" on the edge.

I N N E : The complete interior is in very good condition. All appliances, installations and fittings are fully functional - and undamaged.

To the individual areas:

Beds: The mattresses are clean and without stains - and also covered. Comfortable disc springs (see also the additional equipment described below).

Fridge: The fridge is also clean inside.

Kitchenette: The complete kitchenette is clean and well maintained. Only one burner was used occasionally.

Bathroom: The shower was only used a few times. Like the washing area and the toilet, it is clean. The bench toilet was cleaned very thoroughly, as was the waste holding tank.

Seating area and driver's cabin: The seat bench upholstery is clean and stain-free, as are the driver's and passenger's seats.

The surface of the large dining table is free from scratches or any other damage. This also applies to the fold-out additional table area (see photo).

The cab instrument panel is clean. The functions can be used without restrictions.

C A M P I N G - A R T I C E L (without influence on the sales price of the vehicle), e.g:

2 folding chairs, folding table, small rotary clothes dryer, gas barbecue etc.

As I no longer intend to use a motorhome, I no longer need these items stored in the rear garage. They are all in very good, mostly new condition. I will of course keep items that are not needed by the buyer.
