Everything as described. In good condition for its age. I’d give it an overall rating of 3. There are many ways to use it. You can set up single beds in the front, a loft bed plus one single bed in the front, convert the rear seating area into a sleeping area, or use it as a seating area. It also comes fully equipped with an automatic satellite system, a TV, an awning, front and side walls, and much more.
