Hymer Camp 494 - Ready to go! TÜV & gas until 10/2027, well maintained & dry

It is with a heavy heart that we are selling our faithful Hymer (Erwin) Camp 494 (built in 2003), as we simply don't use it enough. If you are looking for a compact, maneuverable and absolutely reliable motorhome for up to 4 people, you have come to the right place. Despite its age, the vehicle is in very good condition - we are always amazed at how smoothly everything works.

TÜV, AU and gas test are completely fresh and not due again until October 2027
The timing belt was changed at 164,000 km.
The last service (oil change incl. air and oil filter) was carried out in March 2024 at 174,000 km.
The spare wheel has also been replaced, the old one was original equipment :-)

Absolutely dry: In June 2023, all roof hatches were removed and resealed as a precaution. There is no moisture damage whatsoever.

Equipment: alcove 210x140 cm with topper and warm air circulation under the mattress and 2 side windows
The seating group can be converted into a bed and extended with an additional element to an area of 189x120

Refrigerator (230V / 12V / gas) and Truma heating with integrated hot water boiler run perfectly.

Fresh water pump renewed in 2024

Additional equipment: A rear bicycle rack for 3 bicycles.
An insulating mat for the windshield and cab doors
An awning from Omnistore is installed.
There is also a side wall from Thule and a flexible windbreak from Obelink (can be fitted at the front or side).
A practical tube is mounted on the roof for safe storage of the side wall and the associated pole.

Tires: very good summer tires (215/70R15) DOT 44/21

The Hymer is ready for immediate use: get in, drive off and enjoy your vacation! It has always been treated with care and has always been kept dry in a barn for as long as we have had it and is now waiting for new adventures.

The shower tray is slightly cracked, which is why we didn't shower in the vehicle.
There are slight signs of wear in keeping with its age.

The outdoor table and chairs are not for sale.

The vehicle can be viewed by appointment.
