Used but well-preserved caravan with up to 8 sleeping berths for sale. The third bunk bed is currently dismantled, but can be reinstalled in a few simple steps. TV and inventory included. Not yet cooked in. Hot water boiler may need to be replaced. Underfloor heating (electric) and gas convection heating work.
The caravan is located at Schubystrand / Dörphof (Baltic Sea). Gas inspection from 08/2025.
Included is a fixed awning measuring 780 x 300/350 with fixed windows and fixed door.
The space can be taken over if necessary. The shed may have to be moved a little in consultation with the site operator.
Next to it is a TEC caravan (former LMC brand) with a body length of 5m and 5 sleeping places. The gas system has been shut down here, but can be put back into operation.
Both caravans have toilets with a fixed waste water connection.
