Well-maintained, rarely used... But purchased only three times for one-week stays at a campground in Poland. In 2025, it was parked at a long-term campsite and was used only for overnight stays at most (too many mosquitoes).

Since October 2025, it has been on private property, winterized, covered with a tarp, and only brought out of storage 4 weeks ago.

Not a distress sale

Brakes, tires, overrun cylinder, hydraulic cylinder for the front flap, and the water heater were all replaced in 2025 for approximately €600.

Carpet worth €250 was installed throughout the entire trailer.

A new mattress and a topper, totaling €500, were also purchased in 2025.

Upholstery and curtains were cleaned.

The awning is 3 years old and was purchased used in 2023 for €1,500; it has been used only once.

An outdoor rug worth €180 is also included.

A bike rack for the axle, capable of holding 2 bikes, can also be purchased. (It is not currently attached.)

A full gas cylinder is also included.

There is no toilet bowl included, as I was able to use a direct connection from a neighbor at the campground.
