The trailer is in good condition and is completely dry.
In the entryway, there is a seating area that can be converted into a sleeping area if desired.
There is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator. On the other side of the trailer are two single beds that can be folded up and offer plenty of storage space. Above the beds, as well as above the seating area at the entrance, there are additional small cabinets that can be used for storage. There is a small bathroom with a large mirrored cabinet that houses a sink and a toilet that can be flushed from the outside.

We also include a large awning and a sandbag mat.
