Last year, we had the tires replaced and a semi-automatic mover installed (the mover must be cranked onto the wheel).

The floor of the gas cabinet was also replaced, though this isn’t yet visible in the photos. The old floor is still visible here. However, we did this ourselves using a 9mm screen-printing panel. A new support wheel was also installed.

In addition, the light above the seating area was replaced with a round LED light, and the reading lamps and spotlights were replaced with LED bulbs.

The trailer has an anti-sway coupling.

Unfortunately, both roof vents are defective. On the front roof vent above the bed, the outer cover was torn off during our last vacation. I’ve also attached a photo of this.

The outer cover of the large roof vent is torn; the previous owner taped it up, but it is not 100% watertight and needs to be replaced.

The bed has been reinforced with supports, which we can, however, remove ourselves.

On the gas tank, some plastic has chipped off the lid in two places; this has not caused us any problems so far.

The drawer next to the refrigerator is defective. Only the trim panel was glued back on. The sliding door was also removed, but it is still available and could be reinstalled.

The refrigerator works perfectly. The gas stove was also working when we bought it, though we’ve never used it.

The pump for the faucets also works and supplies water to the kitchen and the sink outside the bathroom. However, the fresh water tank’s level indicator is likely defective. A water heater is also installed, but we haven’t tested it yet. We’ve also never used the toilet, though the previous owner told us that the toilet pump needs to be replaced. Since we don’t use it, we haven’t replaced it yet.

We’ve covered the interior upholstery with gray fabric. The fabric isn’t sewn on and can be removed; however, the old upholstery underneath the cover was no longer in good condition. This also applies to the curtains and the shelf next to the entrance, which was also covered in gray fabric, and the decorative curtains were replaced throughout.

Some of the cabinet handles appear to have been reattached with adhesive by the previous owner, and the doors need to be readjusted.

In the bathroom, one of the storage compartment doors was replaced and is a different color.

On the outside, the trailer shows signs of wear and tear due to its age. The awning light could be replaced, but since it works, we haven’t replaced it yet. The trim filler is getting old and is missing in some places. We could include the trim filler with the sale, as we had planned to replace it at some point, though we haven’t done so yet.
