We are selling our Hobby 400 De Luxe, built in 1998, which we inherited and have used ourselves for the past three years.

Over the years, the trailer was parked in Austria from April through September and was stored in a dry barn during the winter. Even while we were using it, it was mostly stored and was only used during Pentecost and the summer vacation.

Condition / Important Notes

The side windows were replaced after water apparently seeped in at some point in the past. As a result, water stains are still visible inside. We want to explicitly mention this and are not hiding anything.

The front and rear windows are still the older ones (the front window has a crack but has been repaired with adhesive; the rubber seal is no longer completely watertight during heavy thunderstorms—e.g., in Croatia—and should be replaced in the near future).

The trailer has no gas heating and no water heater.

We’ve used it ourselves for the past three years and found the layout—with a bunk bed and a double bed—particularly practical for a family.
