Satellite system incl. TV bracket, original carpet available and in very good condition, City water connection, additional socket outside, underfloor heating, 100 approval, oven, refrigerator, Truma heating, new roof window (Berger), a new rear window from the previous owner (insurance case) in 2018, Thule Oministore bag awning incl. all side parts and 3rd leg.

The children's seating group was converted into an additional bed including mattresses (can be removed again if necessary without damage, lifting table children's seating group no longer available), all original upholstery available and in very good condition (new covers in gray in 2025 for the middle seating group), the lifting table in the middle seating group and the two shelves were painted matt black, all furniture handles were replaced with black leather handles (original completely available), the walls in the toilet were covered with a decorative film

Storage compartment flap has probably warped a little or slipped to the left in the guide rail, opening from time to time, a few centimeters of the L-shaped upstand, which points inwards, have broken off because too much tension was required to close the flap due to the slipping, replacement or repair may be necessary here.

The pictures are partly from January 2025, as it is currently in storage and it is very dark inside.

Otherwise no known defects, absolutely tight, normal wear and tear according to age
