The condition is appropriate for its age. No water damage. TÜV and gas test were renewed in November 2024. The lamps have been replaced with LED lamps. One window has a crack on the inside, the outer pane is fine (see photos). There are 5-6 sleeping places (one fixed bed and seating groups can be converted).
