The caravan is in perfect condition. The electrics and vehicle lighting work perfectly. No animals have been kept in the caravan and it is a non-smoking vehicle. The caravan has been constantly maintained inside and out. The pitch is dry all year round. No cooking or showering was done in the caravan.
