The vehicle is a 2023 model year and, aside from the scratch and minor hail damage, is in excellent condition.

The vehicle is equipped with a Truma Smart M mover, featuring a 55 AH Optima battery.

A SKY 10N TFT swivel mount is installed in the vehicle near the center seating area, and there is an external TV outlet.

There is also an external gas outlet.

The vehicle is stored year-round in an open barn and is only taken out of the barn for vacations.

There are custom-made mattress toppers on the French bed and the center seating area.

Known defects

- Scratch on the rear left corner; see photos.

- Minimal hail damage on the roof; too minor to be documented in photos. Has not yet been billed.

- The mosquito net doesn’t stay in place on the small window by the lower bunk. It works perfectly otherwise; it just doesn’t latch into place.
