The seating area has been reupholstered and can be converted into a bed.

Two single beds that can be converted into a large reclining area using a pull-out slatted frame + mattress. This has the advantage that you can easily reach the cupboards during the day if the slatted frame is not extended.

Kitchen with hotplates, sink and fridge/freezer.

Plenty of storage space as there are many cupboards. The condition is neat and tidy both inside and out. It was purchased 2 years ago from a well-known dealer in Bavaria and has therefore been completely checked for leaks etc.
