The trailer is in very well-maintained and generally good condition.

In 2021, it was transported to the Netherlands only once. From March through October, it was parked at a seasonal campsite. Afterward, it was stored in a dry barn during the winter months, where it was reliably protected from the elements and moisture.

All windows are equipped with practical fly screens and blackout pleated blinds.

The caravan also comes equipped with a TV mount and a television.
