With a mobile chemical toilet (not part of the sale) the caravan is self-sufficient:

Can be operated with gas:

- Heating, cooking, light, refrigerator

Electricity can be switched from 22OV to 12V, i.e. with an appropriate battery you are also quite independent of electricity.

Water:

Connection via water hose with pressure reducer, or self-sufficient using a water canister and the built-in electric pump.

(The water canister is stationed in the gas box, corresponding hoses are laid in the interior)

Electric boiler for hot water in the bathroom

Extractor fan in the kitchen

Refrigerator with ice compartment

Gas hose and gas pressure reducer are new

The pressure reducer for water was replaced a year ago

Long camping power cable, fresh water hose and waste water hose are included.

For its age, it has minimal signs of use and has always been dry except during the time of my training

I am selling it because I only needed it for my training course for six months.
