Well-maintained trailer; cabinet doors and drawers are all intact; seat cushions are in good condition; folding table is fully functional; no unpleasant odors; tires need to be replaced in 2027;

A bracket on the inside of the door has come loose. It needs to be glued back on.

A large awning is included. Unfortunately, one pole is missing. We haven’t used it.

We’d like to sell it because it’s too big for us.
