The vehicle has an AL-KO low-frame chassis with heated double floor, crank supports at the rear and is accident and rust-free.

Maintenance and service work has always been carried out, only now new tires would be due soon (not because of bad tread, but as a precaution, as the tires are older than 6 years)
New parts recently:
V-belt, timing belt with roller set and water pump (as a precaution), front and rear shock absorbers, brake force regulator, axle boots, rear wheel bearings.
The motorhome has been with us since 2005 and has been a garage vehicle since then (summer and winter), it has always been deregistered in winter (usually from the beginning of November to Easter), no salt.
Unfortunately, we were hit by a hailstorm while on vacation last year. Fortunately, neither the side and rear walls nor the hood were affected (everything is made of robust GRP or sheet metal). The roof (aluminum) did get a few dents though.
Of course, there are also blemishes, which are best inspected on site. So it's best to come by and have a look. I am also happy to provide information and further information/pictures by telephone.
