It’s generally in good condition, though it naturally shows signs of wear due to its age. The bathroom has been renovated by the owner, featuring a wood-grain finish and backlighting; a few minor items have been replaced, such as the training wheel, the bathroom skylight, springs in the refrigerator compartment, ventilation grilles, and 100-series tires (3 years old). There was minor moisture damage to the soft-top skylight, which was repaired by a specialist company. Cosmetic work was done on the exterior on my own, such as new decals. Awning and canopy/sunshade included.
