Signs of age that do NOT detract from functionality, enjoyment, or usability:

- General wear and tear on the exterior and interior

- Condensation on one window (probably due to an old seal)—but no moisture seeps inside!

- The front window currently cannot be opened due to past mold growth, likely caused by old seals. The mold has been completely eradicated and is gone. All that remains are the unsightly discolorations (which aren’t visible behind the curtains) and the porous laminate. We were assured at our repair shop that the seals and the window need to be replaced.

All other windows are still airtight and function perfectly.

Everything has been documented with photos.

We want to know our little one is in good hands and are open to negotiation.

We currently have a parking space in Tettnang paid for through the end of the year; you’re welcome to take it over starting the month you move in for the corresponding transfer fee (€40/month).
