The caravan is in good condition with normal signs of use. Part of the edge of one window is broken off. Caravan has no fixed toilet. A separate shower is available, shower fitting needs to be replaced. The upholstery of the seating area also shows signs of wear. The heating was overhauled in 2021 and the ignition safety valve was replaced.

The caravan offers plenty of storage space.
