After 13 years, my husband and I are selling our very well-maintained Dethleffs Aerostyle 570 TK travel trailer, a special edition in the white design package with dark decorative glass on the exterior.

We used it for 3–4 weeks each summer in Italy. It was stored in a closed garage in Italy for 11 months of the year. On August 21, 2026, it successfully passed the Swiss MFK inspection following a leak test and gas inspection.

Two years ago, we purchased a new Unica awning designed to fit the Aerostyle, including a sunroof. The awning can be fully closed.

Special features of the trailer include the large panoramic window above the double bed in the front, as well as the children’s room in the rear—which can be closed off with sliding doors—featuring 3 beds, closets, and a sliding oval table.

Five beds have additional custom-made mattress toppers, which make sleeping even more comfortable.

All beds and upholstery in the trailer were always protected with waterproof covers, so all the upholstery and mattresses are in exceptionally good, like-new condition.

What really won us over was that we never had to convert the dining table in the center of the trailer into a bed because there were plenty of other sleeping spots available. This makes camping life easier, and this trailer felt like a little vacation home to us.

The trailer has a TV screen with a DVD slot, but no satellite system. However, the necessary wiring is in place, with a multifunction outlet on the outside.

The refrigerator, at 175 liters, is larger than standard and includes a freezer compartment. We had a carpenter install an additional fold-out and fold-in countertop for cooking, since the larger refrigerator reduced the available counter space.

In addition, we built a snap-on bed extension in the bow so that people can sleep lengthwise rather than crosswise, thereby avoiding having to climb over each other when getting out of bed and making it comfortable enough for three people to sleep there.

There’s a large storage area under the front bed. We had a larger 70-liter water tank installed there and provided additional protection for the electronics by encasing them in a wooden box.

In August 2026, we had new all-season tires installed. A spare tire is also included. Since the trailer was always stored in a covered shed in Italy and the campground was nearby, it has very low mileage: a total of two round trips from Zurich to Lake Garda, and only 32 km over the course of 11 years.
