As we have emigrated, I am selling my almost new Dethleffs Aero 470 EL caravan. It has two lengthways beds and a bed base that can be pulled out with cushions. There is a round seating area at the front, which can be extended into another bed with additional cushions. All side windows and roof windows have roller blinds for darkening and insect protection. The entrance door is wide and has an insect screen. Hot water supply is available. The hand shower was retrofitted but never used. A Thule 5200 4m wall awning has been fitted outside. There is also an awning tent with pressure poles and cushions. Great for short breaks. For long-term vacations we also have an all-season tent with steel poles. Which can be used despite the wall awning. Fully retractable tent, depth 270cm. A mover is available, battery and charger are installed in the caravan. The caravan was listed at 1700kg. At the moment the caravan is still on the Costa Blanka and will be moved back to Germany in January or February. The caravan still has a 7-month factory warranty and only has to go because we have emigrated. I can move the caravan to Germany earlier, but not before 15.1.26, approx. 4 days

The stickers can be removed without any problems. New price with accessories was approx. 30000€. As price I thought 22,800 € VB
