The motorhome has slight paint chips on the driver's cab/driver's side. No rust! The awning could also be replaced, as it had to be professionally shortened by approx. 10 cm after a storm. But it works. We always use it. So not absolutely necessary.
The hood has been sanded down and is also winter-proof. It has already survived 2 winters without any problems. Can of course also be replaced by the buyer if they don't like it :-).
The water damage was in the alcove. Repaired by a specialist company, with invoice. Since then, everything has been dry and we have not discovered any traces of water. We wanted everything to be in order for the sale.
