I am selling my Caravelair caravan.

It has unique features for its size.

It has a fixed bed at the front measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m which can be separated with a folding door. The slatted frame of the bed can be folded up and there is storage space under the entire surface.

There is also a round central seating area which can be converted into a bed. You can also sit here with 5-6 people. The round table provides plenty of space.

In the rear area is the rear kitchen with gas hob and a new compressor refrigerator. The original absorber refrigerator is available on request.

There is also a small wet room with WC, shower and washbasin.

All roof hoods have been redone. New Thule (Thule Vent) roof hoods (40x40 cm) were installed in the bathroom and kitchen area, with a fan in the kitchen. There is a new Dometic Mini Heki roof hood (40x40 cm) above the central seating area for the best possible light incidence.

A new 5 liter Elgena electric boiler has been installed and new taps for the kitchen and wet room with hot water.

The MOT was renewed in 04/25 and the tires were also renewed.

Four years ago, a new Al-Ko anti-drag clutch was also fitted (approx. 800 km).

The gas test was carried out in 07/24 and is still up to date, but can be redone when purchased. A 2-bottle switchover system (2019) is installed for 2x11 KG bottles. This means that the regulator and hoses still have a few years' reserve.

All locks have been replaced with keyed alike security locks (STS SCS system) and an additional security lock from Thule has been fitted to the body door.

A TV is also installed and can be swiveled between the living and sleeping areas. An external satellite feed is installed. A satellite antenna, a satellite connection of the pitch, antenna and cable TV can be connected from the outside. A satellite antenna (Selfsat) is also available and can be mounted and aligned on the drawbar using a tripod or mast holder, which is also available.

The caravan has an unladen weight of 900 kg and a permissible total weight of 1100 kg and can therefore also be towed by smaller vehicles. It is also 100 km/h approved. A spare wheel is also available.

There is also an air awning/sun awning with side walls and a breathable protective cover for longer periods.

The caravan was also checked in the workshop. A leak test was carried out and minor water damage to the front was repaired. The entire underbody was resealed. I am therefore not aware of any moisture damage.
