Bürstner Scala 5210 Caravan

I bought this trailer just a few weeks ago.
Other than viewing it, I haven’t even stepped inside it yet!

Due to sudden changes in circumstances, I unfortunately have to sell it right away without having used it.


Here are the technical specifications:

-First registration: June ’94
-Owners: 2
-Owned by the previous owner (where it’s still parked) since 2002
-Length with drawbar: 7.1 m
-Specified height: 2,470
-Width: 2300
-Gross vehicle weight rating: 1300

-Swing coupling
-Tires new in 2024
-TÜV expired at the end of May 2026 (the previous owner would have renewed it upon request, so I assume it would have passed without any problems—but I specifically didn’t want the TÜV because the vehicle is supposed to be stationary and deregistered)
-I can’t offer to renew the TÜV myself because I don’t have a towing vehicle, and the handover hasn’t taken place yet.

Important details:

There is no current gas inspection because the previous owners always cooked outdoors or in the awning; this would need to be done before use for safety reasons!
You can clearly see that the kitchen has never been used.

I have no idea if the bathroom was ever used, but to me it also looks brand new—as I said, everything has been exceptionally well-maintained overall!!!

During the very professional and meticulous renovation work, the heating system was removed and is included as individual parts, since the family apparently always used shore power and was therefore never self-sufficient.

There’s plenty of storage space in various dressers and cabinets, as well as under each bed for even larger items.

Next to the built-in large bed (140x200), you could fit an extra bed, a nightstand, a dog bed, or whatever else you need—or even more storage space, depending on your preference!

Fresh water tank can be filled from the outside.
The wastewater tank can be removed from the outside.

Awning and bike rack are included.

To the best of my knowledge and belief, and just to be on the safe side, I’m listing the camper as a “DIY project” due to its age. However, I’m not aware of any damage.

It’s essential that it goes to a good home where it will be well cared for! :-)

In response to frequent inquiries: no moisture, no smell of moisture—the previous owner only used it in the summer, and from fall through spring it was always stored in a barn, where it still stands today!

There was an hour-long inspection today with all kinds of technical equipment and experts, who were able to confirm—using moisture meters and cavity cameras—that there’s nothing to be concerned about.

The bunk beds were too short for them at 160x60 or x70, so they didn’t buy it.

It has always been used only in the summer and stored in a barn from fall through spring.

It’s in great shape for its age!
