The trailer is in very nice, attractive condition and, given its age, is a great deal. The TÜV and gas inspection were just renewed on March 26.
The model is a space-saving marvel with a great floor plan. The rear can be used as bunk beds or a large storage area—it’s flexible and easy to reconfigure. The front area features a large bed, with an adjacent bathroom and toilet. The seating area is just right for four people (and can be easily converted into an additional sleeping area). There’s plenty of storage space in the overhead compartments all around, in the two cabinets, and under the beds and seating area—enough for everything.
What was great for us was the external gas connection.
However, the trailer does have a few typical signs of wear and tear due to its age, which I won’t list here, but it’s still in good condition and these are mainly cosmetic. Nothing is serious, and it’s 100% watertight and doesn’t smell musty at all—unlike other used trailers, which can be very unpleasant and where that smell never goes away. Here, though, is some information on the three bigger issues, just to be clear: It has damage to the rear bumper (which happened at a rest stop where the other driver took off without saying a word), but we’ve left it that way for 3 years (no moisture!). In addition, there’s very light hail damage in the rear roof area and on top of the roof (small dents, no large impacts—so it’s only superficial and very minor; it’s hard to capture clearly in the photos). On the side, there’s a dent from a car door. The insurance companies have declared the vehicle a total loss based on the hail damage and the dent. I’d like to note that here—and only because repairing the small 6-cm dent in that spot apparently would be very costly. (Unbelievable, since it’s just a small dent.)
