I’m unsure whether it’s winterized or has a double floor. The water tanks are insulated with Styrofoam, but the anti-freeze emergency drain for fresh water is no longer present.

The RV was privately rented out about 5 times on PaulCamper in 2021, not on a regular basis.

One of the renters caused a minor parking bump on the right side panel, which was fully repaired—at PaulCamper’s expense—by the specialized workshop Reisemobile MKK in Gelnhausen.

The rear right corner came into contact with a vertical gutter while maneuvering in a narrow old-town alley; this was polished at the repair shop, though some traces are still visible

The rear floor came into contact with the Styrofoam-insulated fresh water tank when hitting a high curb, causing the automatic anti-freeze drain to be torn off; it was subsequently replaced with a solid plug.

After the independent repair shop informed us in the summer of 2025 that they could not officially perform the leak test required for the Bürstner body warranty, we were unable to secure an appointment for the leak test in a timely manner at the Bürstner authorized repair shop, Reisemobile MKK (after a nearby Bürstner specialist workshop told us they are not allowed to perform maintenance on motorhomes purchased from Reisemobile MKK), and we were told that the warranty would have to be reactivated by Bürstner for approximately EUR 350, which we haven’t followed up on yet. However, according to the independent repair shop, the body is watertight.
