We are selling our Bürstner Averso 510 TK caravan. This is super practical for going on vacation with the whole family.

In the rear area of the caravan, the dining area can be converted into a bed for 2 people in addition to the fold-down bed, which offers space for 2 people. In the front area, there is a bunk bed with two beds and another small seating area that can also be converted into a bed. This means that 7 people can easily sleep in the caravan. The two areas are separated from each other by two curtains so that you can always have some privacy.

Bed dimensions:

- Bunk beds (200 cm x 74 cm, 205 cm x 76 cm)

- Drop-down bed (200 cm x 144 cm)

- Round seating group bed (212 cm x 170 cm)

- Side seating group bed (177 cm x 79 cm)

For the upper loft bed, we have cut shelves that allow the bed to be used as a shelf for kitchen utensils or other storage options, for example.

There are tears in the fabric in a few places on the frame of the fold-down bed, as the bed came loose during the journey.

The kitchen has a fridge, a three-burner gas hob and a sink. Two drawers were added to an existing drawer in the cupboard underneath so that you can reach everything at any time. A higher tap was retrofitted in the bathroom to make it easier to wash and brush your teeth. The mirror surface was also enlarged and a full-length mirror was installed on the bathroom door.

All the upholstery in the caravan has been modernized with removable covers. However, the original covers are in immaculate condition. Some of the fronts have also been given a lighter foil finish to give the caravan a more modern look. However, these films can be removed without leaving any residue. If desired, the caravan can also be returned to its original condition.

There is storage space under all the seating areas and a large number of cupboards. Wall units in the living areas and in the kitchen, two cupboards and a vanity unit in the bathroom and, of course, the closet. We have installed a safe in one cupboard. In the front area, for example, there is a cupboard that we have converted into a larder unit. The organizers, which fit exactly into this cupboard, can also be taken over.

There is also a large storage space under the loft bed, which can be loaded and unloaded both from the inside (by folding up the slatted frame) and from the outside through the flap. There is plenty of space for chairs, awning, barbecue, table, clothes horse and much more.

In addition to the caravan, we also sell our awning, a sun awning and the awning carpet. The drawbar lock is also included as well as the brand new Mestic hanging air conditioning system. :)

We also have some camping furniture (cupboards, shelves, fridge, camping kitchen, organizer etc.) which can also be purchased.

At the moment the caravan is still in hibernation in its quarters. We will be happy to send you current pictures - especially pictures from the outside.

As already mentioned, the outside of the caravan has some - sometimes quite large - scratches, but these have been repaired and sealed. Unfortunately, we got stuck at a toll booth here. Due to these visual defects on both exteriors, we are selling the caravan at such a low price.

We are selling the caravan because the children are now grown up and we have switched to a motorhome.
