The RV has always been pet-free, accident-free, and is a non-smoking vehicle. It has been regularly maintained, and many parts have been replaced in recent years (e.g., brake rotors, 5th gear, transmission fluid, awning, AGM battery, kitchen faucet, water pump, etc.). The most recent major inspection, including TÜV and gas inspection, was just completed in July 2026, so the TÜV is valid through July 2028; a new timing belt was installed in November 2022 (replaced at 177,003 km). In addition to normal signs of wear, the motorhome has a visible scratch from brush on the upper left side of the alcove and minor cosmetic damage to the plastic trim on the lower left side of the rear (see photos). Otherwise, it is in good condition for its age.
