We are selling a project close to our hearts: a completely renovated and modernized TEC 530 K (built in 1996). We have spent hundreds of hours converting this caravan into a truly unique designer vehicle. It is technically up to date, dry and ready to go.

TECHNOLOGY & SAFETY (carefree package until 2027)

- Chassis service (April 2025): Brakes completely renewed and all shock absorbers replaced.
- Upgrade clutch: New AL-KO AKS 2004 anti-rolling clutch (incl. new friction linings) installed - for maximum driving stability
- TÜV NEW: Done in April 2025 (valid until 04/2027).
- NEW gas test: Completed in November 2025 (valid until 11/2027).
- 100 km/h approval available: Tires are new (2025).
- Water: Complete system renewed (tank, hoses, taps).
- Air & heat: New roof hatches (now 3 pieces, one with electric fan), new exhaust gas chimney and new recirculation hoses for the Truma heater.
- Electrics: Wiring checked, switches & sockets replaced and new lights installed. Exterior socket and front lights renewed.
- Tightness: The vehicle is dry and tight.
- Gas locker: Has been refurbished and the floor renewed.

DESIGN & CONDITION (New inside & outside)
- Exterior makeover: The caravan has been completely repainted in patina green and white. It no longer looks like it was "built in '96"!
- Important substance work: In the course of the paintwork, all piping rails were removed, cleaned and professionally reattached/sealed.
- Living area (interior): The entire interior was refurbished and brightly painted for a clean, modern and wipe-clean look.
- Flooring & textiles: New PVC flooring, new upholstery covers, new curtains.
- Furniture refinement: Cabinets upgraded with rattan look.
